New Enterprise II Greatly Enhances the FAA/NAA Lease Program

Popularity of the FAA/NAA National Lease Program continues to soar. Presently, more than 10,000 communities are using the lease and a new lease is being generated every 4 seconds during regular business hours.

The Lease Program, designed by BlueMoon software, based in Austin, Texas, is available in 36 states, with language and addenda that reflect the laws and regulations specific to that state.

Just released by BlueMoon is the new Enterprise II version of the National Lease. It brings enhanced efficiencies to the lease auditing process and is ideal for medium to large-sized apartment owners, particularly those that operate communities in more than one state.
