Delegates & Alternates to the FAA Board of Directors
Within Florida, each local association elects delegates to the state Board of Directors based upon the number of dues-paying members. Locals receive a minimum of 2 delegates for 75 members or fewer and a maximum of 8. These delegates represent their constituents to the state board.

Delegates & Alternates to the NAA Assembly of Delegates
The National Apartment Association Assembly of Delegates is made up of 250 delegates. Each association chooses its own delegates. Alternates may be designated to represent any absent delegates from their state. Florida is part of NAA Region IX, which has three regional vice presidents.
