The goal of the Apartment Political Action Committee (APAC) is to enable you and other multifamily housing professionals to succeed in your business and provide quality, affordable apartment homes to Floridians.

APAC supports candidates who understand the challenges you face. During the 2009 regular session of the Florida Legislature, Senators and Representatives overwhelmingly supported the positions and concerns of the multihousing industry as expressed by the Florida Apartment Association.
The Florida Apartment Association achieved its #1 legislative priority this year as the Florida Legislature reduced the eviction filing fee by $85.00. The 32% reduction from $265 to $180 takes effect on July 1. As a result, rental property owners will save $12.4 million annually.
